  1. Prompt Communication: Maintain prompt and clear communication with guests throughout the booking process and stay. Respond to inquiries, reservation requests, and messages promptly to provide excellent customer service. 
  1. Check-In and Check-Out Procedures: Communicate check-in and check-out procedures to guests, including any key exchange or access instructions, to ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience. 
  1. Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and well-maintained rental property for every guest. Implement regular cleaning and inspection routines to ensure that the property meets high standards of hygiene and comfort. 
  1. Safety and Security: Prioritize your guests’ safety and security by providing necessary safety equipment, such as smoke detectors and fire extinguishers. Familiarize guests with emergency procedures and contact information. 
  1. Respect for Guests’ Privacy: Respect your guests’ privacy during their stay. Do not enter the rental property without prior notice unless necessary for maintenance or emergencies.
