Leboland Cottage is in beautiful Bala, Muskoka, between Gravenhurst and Port Carling. Situated at the end of the bay and surrounded by crown land, our cottage is extremely private. There's amazing wildlife to observe and plenty of room to sleep, eat, and play (including a fantastic firepit right on the beach)! Leboland Cottage sleeps over 20 people and is perfect for family reunions, corporate retreats, and special events.
There is enough room to house five, six – or even seven families! With 10 bedrooms, you're sure to have a place for everyone. We have:
– 9 single beds
– 8 double beds
– 6 Queen beds
– 1 King bed
– 4 Sofa beds
– Crib
"Main House" = 7 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms (bathtub & shower) plus kitchen, large living room plus playroom + sundeck + ping-pong in basement (nanny suite in basement), central air conditioning.
"Guest House" = 3 bedrooms + full bathroom plus kitchen, living room + sun deck + finished basement + central air conditioning
Lots of room – lots of beds – lots to do
Right on Long Lake – private, sandy beach with a firepit for making memories – beautiful view
Completely childproof… and "baby-ready"…
(high chairs, stroller, crib, playpen, change table, diaper pail, etc. etc.)
Totally "child-friendly" – lots of toys, sand toys, videos, books, etc.
Rowboat, canoe, kayak, stand-up paddle board, beautiful floating raft, water toys, gas BBQ, large-screen TV with satellite, including sports channels and kids channels, VCR, DVD, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, outdoor patio furniture, bedding, towels, spices… even ketchup and mustard in the fridge – absolutely everything you'll need is already there for you!

HOUSE RULES
- No pets are allowed in the cottage, guest house, or grounds.
- No smoking inside cottages (there are signs that reinforce Lebloland's no-smoking rules inside)
- Outdoor ashtrays provided
- Firewood: Guests are welcome to collect firewood in our woods. Firewood can also be purchased affordably at a variety of locations on Muskoka Road 38 in Whata Territory. FYI - No tax on anything (Gas/Stores/restaurants) on Muskoka Road 38.
