This property requires a $59 non-refundable damage protection coverage that you will see listed as a "administrative fee" on your quote. This protection is purchased in lieu of a cash deposit and covers you up to $1,500 in damages. We will happily substitute this charge for a fully refundable $500 security deposit upon request. We do not allow animals since we use this as a second home and have strong allergies in the family.
