Cedar Island Yacht Club

Cedar Island Yacht Club is a private co-operative club that was founded in 1972.Our members volunteer for various tasks around the club such as property maintenance, social programs and events as well as sitting on an Executive Board.Cedar Island Yacht Club is a not-for-profit organization. All funds acquired from the membership are reinvested in the Club to improve our facilities and infrastructure. The day-to-day business of the Club is managed by an Executive bodyCIYC is the most southern Yacht Club in Canada on Lake Erie.Sail Canada awarded CIYC ‘2019 Best Club’.CIYC gets involved with its’ community, hosting events such as ‘Explore the Shore’, ‘Cop Camp or volunteering for Tall Ships.
