We have 135 wet slips located on the North Shore of Lake Washington, in Kenmore, WA. HVM as we like to refer to ourselves, was built in 1982, offering up the condominium boat slip concept, known as a dockominium. We are located adjacent to Log Boom Park, directly off the Burke Gilman Trail; cleverly hidden and a rare gem among everything Kenmore has to offer.
