Nestled in the idyllic neighborhood of Yacht Haven Estates in Alexandria, Virginia, Mount Vernon Yacht Club (MVYC) is a hidden gem! With a 119 slip Marina, a full sized 25-meter swimming pool, a serene waterfront field, aka “the Point” and a three-story clubhouse, MVYC has something for everyone, every month of the year!MVYC is a volunteer, neighborhood-based social organization. Volunteers staff our Board of Trustees, our committees, and our social events. We only use paid staff for the pool and for yard maintenance, which helps us keep costs low.
