Wrangell staff include a Harbor Master, three Assistants, Marine Yard Lead and Administrative Office assistant. The Port & Harbors office is located at the head of Reliance Float.Wrangell Harbor Master monitors VHF Channel 16 and operates on Channel 10. Transient vessels over 100 feet should contact the Harbor Department the day before arrival for moorage instructions. Most transients will be moored in Heritage Harbor or the Downtown Harbor at Reliance Float.

Vessels over 100 feet to need make arrangements 24 or more hours in advanced. Daily transient fees are graduated:10-30 feet is $0.92 per foot.31-55 feet is $1.12 per foot.56-100 feet is $1.12 per foot.101 feet & up is $2.04 per foot.An additional charge of 7% tax is added to the daily fee. Heritage Harbor is very close and to the south and has two long side-tie docks for transients. 30 amp power is an additional $10 per day
