Welcome to L'Échap'Belle Mousquetaire Just 100 meters from the beach, enjoy an unforgettable stay in our apartment ideally located in Fréjus, within easy reach of restaurants, shops and local markets, including the large Sunday morning seaside market and the night market from July 1 to August 31.
And for moments of relaxation? A lovely terrace awaits you to enjoy your meals al fresco, or simply take advantage of the Mediterranean climate.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 travelers. It is located on the 2ᵉ floor (no elevator) and is equipped with wifi to stay connected during your stay. Please note that there is no private parking.

    Article 1: **Definitions** 1.1 **Traveler**: any person staying under a reservation. 1.2 **Host**: owner or manager of the property hosting travelers. 1.3 **Premises**: space, accommodation, or property made available for the stay. Article 2: **Maximum Number of Travelers** 2.1 The maximum number of travelers permitted to stay at the premises is set at 4 travelers. This number includes adults, children, and infants. 2.2 Any addition of travelers beyond this number is prohibited without the prior consent of the host. Article 3: **Request for Exception** 3.1 In exceptional circumstances, a request to increase the number of guests may be submitted in writing to the host at least 7 days before the arrival date. 3.2 The host reserves the right to accept or refuse the request based on accommodation capacity, local regulations, and availability. Article 4: **Respect for the Premises** 4.1 Travelers agree to maintain the cleanliness, order, and good condition of the premises throughout their stay. 4.2 Disruptive activities, excessive noise, and any form of damage are strictly prohibited. Article 5: **Penalties for Non-Compliance** 5.1 Failure to comply with the limits on the number of travelers or to respect the premises will result in penalties, which may include, but are not limited to, financial penalties, immediate expulsion from the premises without refund, and/or legal action.
