• Rules

  Article 1: **Definitions** 1.1 **Traveler**: any person staying under a reservation. 1.2 **Host**: owner or manager of the property hosting travelers. 1.3 **Premises**: space, accommodation, or property made available for the stay. Article 2: **Maximum Number of Travelers** 2.1 The maximum number of travelers permitted to stay at the premises is set at 4 travelers. This number includes adults, children, and infants. 2.2 Any addition of travelers beyond this number is prohibited without the prior consent of the host. Article 3: **Request for Exception** 3.1 In exceptional circumstances, a request to increase the number of guests may be submitted in writing to the host at least 7 days before the arrival date. 3.2 The host reserves the right to accept or refuse the request based on accommodation capacity, local regulations, and availability. Article 4: **Respect for the Premises** 4.1 Travelers agree to maintain the cleanliness, order, and good condition of the premises throughout their stay. 4.2 Disruptive activities, excessive noise, and any form of damage are strictly prohibited. Article 5: **Penalties for Non-Compliance** 5.1 Failure to comply with the limits on the number of travelers or to respect the premises will result in penalties, which may include, but are not limited to, financial penalties, immediate expulsion from the premises without refund, and/or legal action. Article 6: **Modification of the Rules** 6.1 The host reserves the right to modify these rules at any time. Modifications take effect immediately after they are communicated to travelers. Article 7: Acceptance of the Rules 7.1 Booking and staying at the premises implies full and complete acceptance of these rules by travelers. Article 8: Security Deposit 8.1 Deposit requirement: A security deposit is required from all travelers before occupying the premises. This deposit is intended to cover any damage, loss, or breach of these rules during the stay. 8.2 Amount: The security deposit is set at €500 and must be paid to the host no later than 1 day before the arrival date. 8.3 Refund Conditions: The security deposit will be refunded in full within a maximum of 10 days after departure, provided that no damage has been found on the premises and that all the conditions of these rules have been complied with. 8.4 Deductions: In the event of damage, loss or infringements, part or all of the security deposit may be retained. The host will provide a detailed inventory and supporting documents for the costs incurred to repair the damage, replace lost items or cover additional costs arising from non-compliance with the rules. 8.5 Disputes: In the event of a disagreement over deductions made from the security deposit, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action. These rules are established to ensure the well-being of all parties and respect for the premises. All travelers are asked to act responsibly and considerately during their stay. **Article 9: Eco-Responsible Commitment and Energy Management** 9.1 **Eco-Responsible Principles**: Travelers agree to adopt an eco-responsible attitude during their stay, particularly with regard to the use of heating, air conditioning, and other energy-consuming equipment. 9.2 **Rational Use of Energy**: Heating and air conditioning systems must be used in a rational and eco-responsible manner. Guests agree to: - Not exceed the recommended temperatures of 20°C in winter and 25°C in summer. - Turn off heating/air conditioning when they are not in the premises or when windows are open. - Use energy-consuming equipment only when necessary and in an efficient manner. 9.3 **Reducing the Energy Footprint**: Travelers are encouraged to reduce their energy footprint by turning off lights, electronic devices, and other equipment when not in use. 9.4 **Sanctions and Penalties**: Failure to comply with eco-responsible principles and energy management guidelines may result in financial penalties and/or other sanctions, depending on the extent of the overconsumption and environmental damage observed. 9.5 **Awareness and Training**: The host agrees to provide travelers with all the information necessary for eco-friendly use of the facilities and to encourage them to adopt environmentally friendly behaviors during their stay. This article aims to promote environmental awareness among travelers and minimize the environmental impact associated with their stay, thereby contributing to the preservation of natural resources and the fight against climate change.

  Your accommodation inspires serenity, so how can you not let go and allow yourself to be lulled by the calm of the surroundings, respecting the general tranquility ? Info : the cleaning fee includes: cleaning + bed linen + towels + bath mats ! !   By car Your GPS will take you directly to Échap'Belle Mousquetaire, located in the secure Les Mousquetaires residence. By train Arrive at Fréjus train station, then take a cab to the apartment (approx. 5-10 minutes depending on traffic). By plane From Nice Côte d'Azur airport, take a train from Nice Ville station to Fréjus (approx. 1 hr 30 min. journey). On arrival, a cab will take you to the apartment in around 5 to 10 minutes.   Just 100 meters from the sandy beach of Fréjus, our apartment is the ideal place for your vacation. Perfectly located near restaurants, shops, casinos, and local markets (3 markets per week, including the large Sunday morning market by the sea and the night market from July 1 to August 31), everything is within walking distance !

Here's an overview of nearby attractions: Plage de Fréjus: just 100 meters from the apartment, you can enjoy long days of swimming and sunbathing on a sandy beach. Port de Fréjus : just a few minutes' walk away, this lively marina offers numerous restaurants, bars and boutiques. Perfect for a stroll at the end of the day.
