  At Caddo Shores, we understand that pets are part of the family. We're delighted to welcome your furry friend into our space. Please review the following guidelines and information before booking: Fees: We charge a nominal fee per stay to accommodate your furry companion. Accepted Pets: We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per reservation, unless prior arrangements have been made, if authorized, extra pets after 2 are an additional $35/ stay, each. If you dog weighs over 75 lbs, please get prior authorization. Pet Rules: - Dogs must be house-trained and well-behaved. -Pets should be up to date with vaccinations and flea treatments. -Please ensure your pet's behavior doesn’t disturb neighbors or cause damage to the property. -We request that pets are not left unattended in the accommodation unless crated and only for short periods. -Any excessive pet hair or damages caused by pets will incur additional cleaning or repair charges. Additional Notes -Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet. -Guests are responsible for any injury or damage caused by their pets during their stay. -We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean and pet-friendly environment for all guests.   Cypress Drive is the main street that runs along Caddo Lake in Uncertain, TX (pop 95!) We are a few houses down from a boat launch with a diner, and about 1.5 miles from Caddo Lake State Park.
