Pet-Friendly Policy: We welcome your furry companion at Caddo Shores, understanding pets are part of the family. Pet Fees: A fee is charged per stay to accommodate pets. Accepted Pets: Up to 2 dogs per reservation. Extra pets after 2 incur a $35/stay fee each, with prior authorization. Dogs over 75 lbs require prior approval. Pet Rules: Dogs must be house-trained and well-behaved. Pets should be up to date with vaccinations and flea treatments. Ensure pets do not disturb neighbors or damage the property. Pets should not be left unattended unless crated, and only for short periods. Any excessive pet hair or damages may result in additional cleaning or repair charges. Additional Notes: Notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet. Guests are responsible for any injuries or damages caused by their pets.
