Bucks Harbor Yacht Club

Buck’s Harbor is a beautiful and well protected harbor in the heart of Penobscot Bay which stands at the head of Eggemoggin Reach – one of the most popular passages on the Maine Coast. BHYC was founded in 1905 and, as one of the oldest yacht clubs in the country, follows a long tradition of sailing, racing and cruising. A full program of sailing instruction, races, tennis programs and social events make this club a summer focal point for the more than 250 families which comprise its membership.
