Event details

For ten days every February, custom home builders across Greater Zion open their doors to showcase cutting-edge desert-modern architecture, innovative floor plans, and outdoor living spaces designed for sunshine. The St. George Area Parade of Homes, held February 13-22, 2026, features 31 local builders presenting custom homes ranging from affordable family properties to million-dollar luxury estates. Homes are open Friday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with self-guided tours allowing visitors to explore at their own pace. Presented by the Southern Utah Home Builders Association, this is Utah’s largest parade of homes event, drawing 40,000+ attendees annually. Tickets are available online at ParadeHomes.com or at locations including Red Cliffs Mall center court (1750 E. Red Cliffs Drive), Lin’s Markets in St. George, Hurricane, and Cedar City starting February 13 at 5 p.m. (no tickets sold at individual homes). When you purchase tickets online, a map with all home addresses is emailed to you on February 13.

Homebuyers shopping for ideas, couples planning renovations, design enthusiasts, and anyone curious about luxury home trends will find inspiration here. Expect to see state-of-the-art kitchens, spa-like primary suites, walk-in closets with custom woodwork and automated lighting, indoor basketball courts, double basements, and outdoor spaces that blur the line between inside and out. Homes are located throughout Washington County in areas like Desert Color Resort, with properties ranging from 3,000 to 12,000+ square feet. Plan to visit 3-5 homes per day to appreciate the details without rushing (most people spend 30-45 minutes per home). Wear comfortable shoes for walking through properties, and bring a notebook or phone to photograph features you love (ask permission before photographing). Road signs mark routes between homes for easy navigation.

Mid-February in St. George brings mild days (60s) and cool mornings (40s), perfect for driving between homes and exploring neighborhoods. Dress in layers you can adjust as you move between air-conditioned interiors and outdoor spaces. Extend your Parade of Homes weekend by playing golf at courses like SunRiver, Green Spring, or Coral Canyon, all within 15 minutes of most parade homes. Spend afternoons exploring Snow Canyon State Park’s red-rock trails or driving to Sand Hollow Reservoir for kayaking and scenic views. St. George vacation rentals and hotels provide comfortable bases for multi-day visits, giving you time to tour homes, play golf, explore art galleries, and experience the outdoor recreation that draws people to Greater Zion year-round.
