St. George Area Parade of Homes

For ten days every February, custom home builders across Greater Zion open their doors to showcase cutting-edge desert-modern architecture, innovative floor plans, and outdoor living spaces designed for sunshine. The St. George Area Parade of Homes, held February 13-22, 2026, features 31 local builders presenting custom homes ranging from affordable family properties to million-dollar luxury estates. Homes are open Friday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with self-guided tours allowing visitors to explore at their own pace.
