Voted America’s best beach, this island can be reached via private boat or the Caladesi Island Ferry. Boaters can enjoy the 108 slip bayside marina, or in calm weather, anchor offshore. Overnight docking with electric and water hook-ups is permitted in the bayside marina, but boaters must register before sundown. Covered picnic area, barbecues and showers are also on hand. A snack bar and gift shop are also located on the island. Three slips in the park’ marina are dedicated for ADA accessibility.

Dockage now requires being registered online due to Covid-19 and state park policy. No money handling. Just grab any open slip and then check in with the rangers if the office is open.Vessels with larger beams will be placed on a T-head at the end of the floating docks.The price does not include tax. You cannot reserve T-dock slips. They rent for $48.00, including tax. Finger piers one only about 12 feet long, so most boats will need to back in and use spring lines. Note: The beam maximum for these slips is 12 feet. Backing in would be necessary for most large boats. The park itself has large floating docks that fit a 13-foot beam and are about 30 feet long. These docks belong to the park and cannot be reserved on reserveamerica.com. If you need a large dock, do not reserve anything on the website.
